Rectangular Tin Pâté Mold, 10"

This fluted, rectangular pâté mold disassembles with the simple use of pins to easily unmold delicate pâtés. The base separates from the two sides. This mold is made for pâtés that are encrusted in dough. The fluted sides prevent the pastry from sticking. It is made of tinned steel for better heat transmission.
